# RecycleCRD vs Nanaimo Recycles

The clearest difference is rating: RecycleCRD at 4.7 against Nanaimo Recycles's 4.0. RecycleCRD also leads on ratings volume (18 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RecycleCRD holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RecycleCRD has 18 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of RecycleCRD's written reviews are positive against 92% of Nanaimo Recycles's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
