# Coach Tactic Board vs Skouted

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Skouted at none against Coach Tactic Board's 6. Skouted also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). Coach Tactic Board's advantage is ratings volume (2.6K vs 1) and review sentiment (89% vs 75%). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Coach Tactic Board sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Skouted asks for nothing beyond the download.

Skouted holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Coach Tactic Board has 2.6K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of Coach Tactic Board's written reviews are positive against 75% of Skouted's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Coach Tactic Board ships an update every 2 months, Skouted weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
