# GoQuest vs Go

The clearest difference is rating: GoQuest at 4.7 against Go's 3.0. GoQuest also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 27 months) and ratings volume (575 vs 2). Go's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GoQuest sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Go asks for nothing beyond the download.

GoQuest holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GoQuest has 575 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GoQuest ships an update every 6 weeks, Go every 27 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
