# GoQuest vs WordSearch

The clearest difference is ads: WordSearch at none against GoQuest's shown. GoQuest's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 4 months) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GoQuest sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and WordSearch sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GoQuest ships an update every 6 weeks, WordSearch every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
