# Easy Notes Lite vs Notes

The clearest difference is ads: Notes at none against Easy Notes Lite's shown. Easy Notes Lite's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Easy Notes Lite sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Notes sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $39.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
