# Sphera SCRM vs Now Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Now Mobile at 4.7 against Sphera SCRM's 4.1. Now Mobile also leads on ratings volume (2.3K vs 9) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Sphera SCRM's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 68%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Now Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Now Mobile has 2.3K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Sphera SCRM's written reviews are positive against 68% of Now Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sphera SCRM ships an update every 2 months, Now Mobile every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
