# MEB E vs Ekid+

The clearest difference is rating: Ekid+ at 3.8 against MEB E's 1.8. Ekid+ also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). MEB E's advantage is ratings volume (281 vs 4) and review sentiment (16% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ekid+ holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MEB E has 281 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of MEB E's written reviews are positive against 0% of Ekid+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
