# Golf Boost AI vs My True Swing

The clearest difference is rating: My True Swing at 4.5 against Golf Boost AI's 3.7. Golf Boost AI's advantage is review sentiment (74% vs 50%) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Golf Boost AI sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and My True Swing sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

My True Swing holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Golf Boost AI has 61 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Golf Boost AI's written reviews are positive against 50% of My True Swing's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Golf Boost AI ships an update every 5 weeks, My True Swing every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
