# Snapit vs PostCard2Go

The clearest difference is rating: PostCard2Go at 4.4 against Snapit's 1.0. PostCard2Go also leads on ratings volume (57 vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 16 months). Snapit's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 62%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PostCard2Go holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PostCard2Go has 57 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Snapit's written reviews are positive against 62% of PostCard2Go's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Snapit ships an update every 16 months, PostCard2Go every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
