# Thesaurasize vs Light

The clearest difference is rating: Light at 5.0 against Thesaurasize's 4.1. Thesaurasize's advantage is ratings volume (31 vs 1) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Light holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Thesaurasize has 31 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
