# Ascend Math vs Multiplication Games Kahoot!

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Multiplication Games Kahoot! at 6.9K against Ascend Math's 25. Ascend Math's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 76%) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ascend Math sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Multiplication Games Kahoot! sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Multiplication Games Kahoot! holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Multiplication Games Kahoot! has 6.9K ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Ascend Math's written reviews are positive against 76% of Multiplication Games Kahoot!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ascend Math ships an update weekly, Multiplication Games Kahoot! monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
