# AdaptiBar vs MBE Practice Test

The clearest difference is update cadence: MBE Practice Test at monthly against AdaptiBar's every 2 months. MBE Practice Test also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AdaptiBar sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and MBE Practice Test sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AdaptiBar ships an update every 2 months, MBE Practice Test monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 10, 2026 respectively.
