# Excellent vs Watson Car Service

The clearest difference is update cadence: Excellent at every 3 months against Watson Car Service's every 21 months. Excellent also leads on review sentiment (67% vs 50%) and ratings volume (2.3K vs 261). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Excellent against 4.7 for Watson Car Service. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Excellent has 2.3K ratings behind it against 261, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 67% of Excellent's written reviews are positive against 50% of Watson Car Service's.

Excellent ships an update every 3 months, Watson Car Service every 21 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
