# SAFE Toolkit vs IFD Trainer Xp

The clearest difference is ads: IFD Trainer Xp at none against SAFE Toolkit's shown. IFD Trainer Xp also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). SAFE Toolkit's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (18 vs 3). On price, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SAFE Toolkit holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SAFE Toolkit has 18 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of SAFE Toolkit's written reviews are positive against 40% of IFD Trainer Xp's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SAFE Toolkit ships an update every 7 months, IFD Trainer Xp every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
