# SAFE Toolkit vs Check Pilot Pro

The clearest difference is rating: Check Pilot Pro at 5.0 against SAFE Toolkit's 4.2. Check Pilot Pro also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 7 months). SAFE Toolkit's advantage is ratings volume (18 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Check Pilot Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SAFE Toolkit has 18 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SAFE Toolkit ships an update every 7 months, Check Pilot Pro every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
