# Cl@ve vs mySilence

The clearest difference is rating: Cl@ve at 2.7 against mySilence's 2.3. Cl@ve also leads on ratings volume (201 vs 3). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Cl@ve holds the better App Store score, 2.7 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cl@ve has 201 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 6% of Cl@ve's written reviews are positive against 7% of mySilence's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Cl@ve ships an update fortnightly, mySilence every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
