# SunFest Official vs SquadUP

The clearest difference is rating: SunFest Official at 4.0 against SquadUP's 2.6. SquadUP's advantage is review sentiment (87% vs 50%) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 12 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SunFest Official holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 10 and 28 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of SunFest Official's written reviews are positive against 87% of SquadUP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SunFest Official ships an update every 12 months, SquadUP every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 14, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
