# mu vs Spindle

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: mu at none against Spindle's 3. mu also leads on iOS requirement (6.0 vs 17.0). Spindle's advantage is ratings volume (24 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Spindle sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. mu asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for mu against 5.0 for Spindle. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Spindle has 24 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
