# LloydsCam vs WiFi UAV

The clearest difference is update cadence: WiFi UAV at every 3 weeks against LloydsCam's every 26 months. LloydsCam's advantage is iOS requirement (6.1 vs 9.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LloydsCam ships an update every 26 months, WiFi UAV every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
