# PayRange vs Achagat

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Achagat at 75% against PayRange's 13%. Achagat also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). PayRange's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (221K vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PayRange holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PayRange has 221K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of PayRange's written reviews are positive against 75% of Achagat's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PayRange ships an update every 2 months, Achagat weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
