# DogTracks vs IGP Track

The clearest difference is update cadence: IGP Track at every 5 days against DogTracks's every 2 weeks. DogTracks's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DogTracks sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and IGP Track sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DogTracks ships an update every 2 weeks, IGP Track every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
