# Fancy Units Converter vs Unit

The clearest difference is rating: Fancy Units Converter at 4.7 against Unit's 4.2. Fancy Units Converter also leads on ratings volume (1.6K vs 10) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.1). Unit's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 66%). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fancy Units Converter sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Unit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fancy Units Converter holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fancy Units Converter has 1.6K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of Fancy Units Converter's written reviews are positive against 100% of Unit's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
