# Tute vs Briscola

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Tute at none against Briscola's 1. Tute also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). Briscola's advantage is ratings volume (177 vs 20). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Briscola sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Tute asks for nothing beyond the download.

Tute holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Briscola has 177 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Tute's written reviews are positive against 51% of Briscola's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Tute ships an update every 5 months, Briscola every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
