Английский по Методу Тичера's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (256 vs 11). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Тренажер sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Английский по Методу Тичера sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
