# Speed Racing Ultimate 2 vs Pit Stop Racing

The clearest difference is ads: Pit Stop Racing at none against Speed Racing Ultimate 2's shown. Pit Stop Racing also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (126 vs 6). Speed Racing Ultimate 2's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 33%) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pit Stop Racing holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pit Stop Racing has 126 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Speed Racing Ultimate 2's written reviews are positive against 33% of Pit Stop Racing's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Speed Racing Ultimate 2 ships an update every 9 months, Pit Stop Racing every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
