# 微店 vs 买蛋糕

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 买蛋糕 at none against 微店's 9. 买蛋糕 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 15.0). 微店's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (2.2K vs 3). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 微店 sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. 买蛋糕 asks for nothing beyond the download.

买蛋糕 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 微店 has 2.2K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

微店 ships an update every 8 days, 买蛋糕 every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
