# Asimmetrie vs MySIMG

The clearest difference is update cadence: MySIMG at every 2 days against Asimmetrie's every 6 months. Asimmetrie's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Asimmetrie ships an update every 6 months, MySIMG every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
