# ScoreCam vs Action Clip

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ScoreCam at 46% against Action Clip's 0%. ScoreCam also leads on ratings volume (1.8K vs 11) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). Action Clip's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ScoreCam sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Action Clip sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ScoreCam holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ScoreCam has 1.8K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two.
