# Sync Slate vs Lightcraft Jetset

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Sync Slate at none against Lightcraft Jetset's 4. Sync Slate also leads on review sentiment (57% vs 40%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 18.0). Lightcraft Jetset's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lightcraft Jetset sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $20.00 per month. Sync Slate asks for nothing beyond the download.

Lightcraft Jetset holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lightcraft Jetset has 26 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Sync Slate's written reviews are positive against 40% of Lightcraft Jetset's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sync Slate ships an update every 7 months, Lightcraft Jetset every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
