# DupliCal Calendar vs Weekly Planner

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Weekly Planner at 70% against DupliCal Calendar's 20%. Weekly Planner also leads on rating (4.7 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (15K vs 5). DupliCal Calendar's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DupliCal Calendar sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Weekly Planner sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Weekly Planner holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Weekly Planner has 15K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 20% of DupliCal Calendar's written reviews are positive against 70% of Weekly Planner's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on June 8, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
