# REVOLT TV vs CleoTV

The clearest difference is review sentiment: REVOLT TV at 68% against CleoTV's 33%. REVOLT TV also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 5 months). CleoTV's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.1) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CleoTV holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 95 and 47 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of REVOLT TV's written reviews are positive against 33% of CleoTV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

REVOLT TV ships an update every 6 weeks, CleoTV every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
