# REVOLT TV vs Discovered

The clearest difference is ads: Discovered at none against REVOLT TV's shown. Discovered also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (91% vs 68%). REVOLT TV's advantage is ratings volume (95 vs 17). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.1 for REVOLT TV against 4.2 for Discovered. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: REVOLT TV has 95 ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 68% of REVOLT TV's written reviews are positive against 91% of Discovered's.

REVOLT TV ships an update every 6 weeks, Discovered every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
