# HandyApp vs nPerf internet speed test

The clearest difference is review sentiment: nPerf internet speed test at 87% against HandyApp's 40%. nPerf internet speed test also leads on ratings volume (5K vs 3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). HandyApp's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. nPerf internet speed test sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. HandyApp asks for nothing beyond the download.

HandyApp holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: nPerf internet speed test has 5K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
