# Resy vs BarCrawlr

The clearest difference is rating: Resy at 4.9 against BarCrawlr's 3.4. Resy also leads on ratings volume (781K vs 10) and chart position (#41 vs unranked). BarCrawlr's advantage is review sentiment (57% vs 43%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Resy holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Resy has 781K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of Resy's written reviews are positive against 57% of BarCrawlr's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
