# Resy vs Food2You

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Resy at 806K against Food2You's 2.5K. Resy also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and chart position (#46 vs unranked). Food2You's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Resy against 4.9 for Food2You. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Resy has 806K ratings behind it against 2.5K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 43% of Resy's written reviews are positive against 33% of Food2You's.

Resy ships an update every 2 weeks, Food2You every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
