# Resy vs heytea

Resy and heytea both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 79% of heytea's written reviews are positive against 43% of Resy's. heytea also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and device support (3 vs 1). Resy's advantage is ratings volume (781K vs 9.4K). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Resy against 4.9 for heytea. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Resy has 781K ratings behind it against 9.4K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 43% of Resy's written reviews are positive against 79% of heytea's.
