The clearest difference is update cadence: Meat Tracker at daily against Resy's every 2 weeks. Meat Tracker also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). Resy's advantage is ratings volume (811K vs 1) and chart position (#33 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Resy against 5.0 for Meat Tracker. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Resy has 811K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
