The clearest difference is rating: DealogX at 5.0 against MassSend's 2.6. DealogX also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). MassSend's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.2 vs 16.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MassSend sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. DealogX asks for nothing beyond the download.
