# Fun Fireworks vs Fireworks

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fun Fireworks at 100% against Fireworks's 33%. Fun Fireworks also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 6 months vs every 19 months). Fireworks's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.0) and in-app purchases (none vs 1). On price, ratings volume and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fun Fireworks sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Fireworks asks for nothing beyond the download.

Fireworks holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 1 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Fun Fireworks's written reviews are positive against 33% of Fireworks's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fun Fireworks ships an update every 6 months, Fireworks every 19 months. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
