# Focus Keeper vs Lucid

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Focus Keeper at 32K against Lucid's 8. Focus Keeper also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). Lucid's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 76%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Keeper sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Lucid sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lucid holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Focus Keeper has 32K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 76% of Focus Keeper's written reviews are positive against 100% of Lucid's.

Focus Keeper ships an update every 4 days, Lucid fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
