# Focus Keeper vs SeedFocus

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SeedFocus at 100% against Focus Keeper's 69%. SeedFocus also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Focus Keeper's advantage is ratings volume (32K vs 2) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Keeper sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and SeedFocus sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.95 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SeedFocus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Focus Keeper has 32K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 69% of Focus Keeper's written reviews are positive against 100% of SeedFocus's.

Focus Keeper ships an update every 4 days, SeedFocus every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
