# West Elm vs NIPYATA!

West Elm and NIPYATA! both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 75% of NIPYATA!'s written reviews are positive against 31% of West Elm's. NIPYATA! also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). West Elm's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (5.9K vs 28). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

West Elm holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: West Elm has 5.9K ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of West Elm's written reviews are positive against 75% of NIPYATA!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
