# Learn German vs Learn German

The clearest difference is rating: Learn German at 5.0 against Learn German's 4.5. Learn German's advantage is ratings volume (550 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Learn German sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Learn German sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Learn German holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Learn German has 550 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Learn German ships an update every 2 weeks, Learn German monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
