# Timberman vs Alien Tower

The clearest difference is update cadence: Timberman at every 5 weeks against Alien Tower's every 5 months. Timberman also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timberman sells 15 one-off in-app purchases and Alien Tower sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Timberman ships an update every 5 weeks, Alien Tower every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
