# Multiple Choice vs Trivia Maker

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Multiple Choice at 100% against Trivia Maker's 56%. Multiple Choice also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3). Trivia Maker's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.1 vs 3.7). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Trivia Maker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 6 months. Multiple Choice asks for nothing beyond the download.

Trivia Maker holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trivia Maker has 239 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Multiple Choice's written reviews are positive against 56% of Trivia Maker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Multiple Choice ships an update monthly, Trivia Maker every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
