# Liquid Lens Cosmic Camera vs Catheria

The clearest difference is update cadence: Liquid Lens Cosmic Camera at every 6 weeks against Catheria's every 3 months. Catheria's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Liquid Lens Cosmic Camera sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Catheria sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Liquid Lens Cosmic Camera ships an update every 6 weeks, Catheria every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
