# Appeared vs Bugsnax

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Appeared at none against Bugsnax's 1. Appeared also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 81%). Bugsnax's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 11 months). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bugsnax sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Appeared asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for Appeared against 4.5 for Bugsnax.
