# Luxy vs EaseDates

The clearest difference is rating: Luxy at 4.7 against EaseDates's 4.1. Luxy also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (105K vs 9). EaseDates's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (50% vs 31%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Luxy sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and EaseDates sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Luxy holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Luxy has 105K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of Luxy's written reviews are positive against 50% of EaseDates's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Luxy ships an update every 11 days, EaseDates every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
