# Активный Гражданин vs Shedevrum

The clearest difference is rating: Shedevrum at 4.8 against Активный Гражданин's 4.3. Shedevrum also leads on ratings volume (1.8K vs 74). Активный Гражданин's advantage is review sentiment (81% vs 50%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Shedevrum holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shedevrum has 1.8K ratings behind it against 74, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 81% of Активный Гражданин's written reviews are positive against 50% of Shedevrum's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
