# Notevision vs Hanon Pro

The clearest difference is monetization model: Hanon Pro at free against Notevision's free with in-app purchases. Hanon Pro also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Notevision's advantage is ratings volume (3.2K vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notevision sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Hanon Pro sells 19 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hanon Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notevision has 3.2K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Notevision ships an update weekly, Hanon Pro every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
